Building Momentum: Tips and Tricks for Building Productivity and Efficiency 

Leadership is busy and the day tends to fill itself.
So much so, that it feels like you run all day long and work endless hours to not see as much progress as you had hoped. It is so easy for that darn overwhelm to creep in when the going gets rough.
 
 
I am all about going straight to what is overwhelming me and developing a system to tackle it so I can feel better. What I found was overwhelming me the most... was my endless to do list and the small fires that broke out each day that kept me from getting what I wanted to do done in a day.  So...I set up a system to finally get some traction to be more productive and efficient.
 
Here is the system that I set up....
 
👍I developed a power up and power down system that I implement each day to set up my day and find clarity in exactly where my day was going to go.
👍I set up a three lever system to tackle my to do list.
👍I have found some productivity and problem solving hacks to help me get more control of my time.
